The University of the Philippines Visayas signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the City of Iloilo, to provide technical assistance for the institutionalization of the Iloilo City MICE Center (ICMC) and to assist ICMC in the recalibration of the MICE (Meetings, Incentive Travels, Conferences/ Conventions, Exhibitions/Events) work plan.
A total of five hundred twenty-seven library materials amounting to more or less one hundred fifty-nine thousand nine hundred twenty-one pesos were donated to UP Visayas University Library by the Rivera couple.
