Familia CASadya emerges as UP Bee champion

Familia CASadya from the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) emerged as the champion of UP Bee, a fun game show which took place on 26 September 2023 at the UPV Auditorium, Iloilo City campus as part of the 76th Year of UP Presence in Iloilo celebration.

UPV GDP conducts Training on the Use of the Harmonized GAD Guidelines

A series of trainings on the use of the Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG) was conducted by the University of the Philippines Visayas through its Gender and Development Program (GDP). The goal of the activity was to enhance the knowledge of UPV constituents on the use of the HGDG, a tool developed by the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) and Official Development Assistance Gender and Development Network (ODA-GAD Network) which seeks to ensure that GAD perspectives and concerns are integrated in all programs and projects.
