A successful turn over of donation to Onyok Magbanua, Tribal Chieftain of the Ati Community in Matag-ub, Janiuay, Iloilo, through the Panay Indigenous Culture Advocacy Group (PICAG), was made last December 22, 2023 as the chosen beneficiary by the CRM Conference 2023.

The University of the Philippines Visayas Museum of Art and Cultural Heritage (MACH) and Lopez Museum and Library (LML) collaboration project Cycle 1 will finally push through. This is following the project’s budget of 7.5 million pesos was included in the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY 2024.

The Cultural Mapping of Panay and Guimaras (CMPG) Project team organized a series of coordination meetings together with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), partner state universities and colleges (SUCs), and local government units (LGUs) from Panay and Guimaras at the Performing Arts Hall of the University of the Philippines Visayas Iloilo City campus from January 10-12, 2024.
