The College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences, UP Visayas (UPV-CFOS) conducted an orientation on UPV research ethics guidelines and policies for its constituents via Zoom on August 31, 2021.

UP Tacloban’s Leyte Samar Heritage Center (LSHC) has launched Hisgut Kalibungan, a seven-part monthly online discussion series on urgent environmental issues and concerns in Eastern Visayas and beyond. The series aims to assist in articulating informed policy initiatives for environmental conservation, management, and sustainable development in Region 8 by fostering dialogue and cooperation among concerned institutions and communities.
