We are acquiring new organizational capability that will enable us to assist other institutions to develop their own LUDIP,” said Chancellor Clement C. Camposano in his opening message.

Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development, Rhodella A. Ibabao, whose office was at the helm of crafting UPV’s LUDIP, gave the rationale and overview of the conference.
