The College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences, UP Visayas (UPV-CFOS), introduced the senior high school students from Igbaras National High School, Igbaras, Iloilo to various aspects of fisheries science during their work immersion program from January 21 to February 10, 2025.
After a five-year hiatus, the University of the Philippines High School in Iloilo (UPHSI) student journalists marked their come back to the 2025 Iloilo City Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC) as they won multiple awards in both individual and group categories held last February 8 and 15 at the Diamond Jubilee Hall, Iloilo City.

In response to the dynamic needs of students especially in online modality, the UPV LMS integrated key tools that enable teachers to directly embed resources from the Journal of Visualized Expirements (JoVE) directly to the UPV Learning Management System through JoVE’s Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI).
