Loyalty awardees who have served the University for 25 years and retirees were given recognition during the Service Awards organized by the Human Resource Development Office.
The Awarding Ceremony was organized in connection with the 72nd Anniversary of the UP Presence in Iloilo and held at the Little Theater of the Iloilo City campus on February 18, 2019.
Completing 25 years of meritorious service to UP Visayas were Ma. Shirley M. Golez, Prof. Arthur P. Barrido, Jr., Prof. Ruben M. Gamala, Prof. Rowena Paz L. Gelvezon, Prof. Emeliza C. Lozada, Ms. Yvonne E. Genciane, Mr. Ernesto M. Calderon, Jr., Ms. Mercy N. Fabrigas, Mr. Roberto F. Flor, Mr. Ricky F. Montagot, Ms. Lea N. Papilota, Ms. Romeluz F. Decafe, Ms. Maria Lilibeth C. Ellorquez, Ms. Anita T. Tamayo, and Dr. Rolly M. Manalo.

Posthumous Service Awards were given to Dr. Bella Grace L. Barrera and Mr. Angelino G. Manalo.
