Submission of Revised Individual Performance Commitment Report (IPCR) Targets for the period 01 January - 30 June 2020

In order to manage the COVID-19 situation, the attainability of IPCR targets set for the period January-June 2020 has been compromised due to the (1) suspension of activities that involve public gatherings, (2) discontinuance of several projects and activities, (3) strict implementation of stay at home (home quarantine) policy, (4) the operation of offices under the skeleton workforce scheme, (6) the temporary suspension of local and international travels, and (7) the suspension of classes.

To address the above-stated concern, HRDO is sending back the IPCR targets for January-June 2020 to enable employees to adjust/revise their IPCR targets in the first half of 2020 bearing in mind the prohibitions and new work arrangements to avert the spread of COVID-19.

Please submit the revised/adjusted IPCR Targets for the first half of 2020 to HRDO on or before 22 June 2020.
