UP Visayas students who left personal belongings at the dormitories in the Iloilo City and Miagao campuses who wish to retrieve their things, please observe the following guidelines:
1) Contact the dorm managers via email/landline phone/cellphone for a schedule to avoid crowding.
2) Issue a letter to a representative (please see attached Form A) to be presented to the dorm personnel should you be unable to personally get your things.
3) Both dormers or their representatives must present a Health Certificate from their Rural Health Unit or Municipal Health Office, not older than five days, when they retrieve their things.
4) Those who retrieve their belongings in the UPV dormitories shall not be allowed to stay overnight.
5) Pull-out of belongings will start on May 25 to June 22, 2020 from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
6) When the dormitories stop operations on June 23, 2020, unretrieved belongings shall be temporarily stored for safekeeping. Final retrieval of these shall resume not later than the enrollment period of the first semester, SY 2020-2021. Students who wish to have their belongings stored by UPV shall accomplish a waiver. (Please see attached Form B. IT IS SUGGESTED THAT THE WAIVER INCLUDES UPV’S RIGHT TO DISPOSE OF THESE AFTER THE PRESCRIBED PERIOD.)
7) For other concerns pertaining to the pull-out of belongings from the dormitories, please coordinate with your respective dormitory personnel.
