Local artists, UPV formalize donation, loan of artifacts and artworks

Local artists from Western Visayas and the University of the Philippines Visayas (UPV) signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) and deed of donation (DOD) signifying the donation or loan of artifacts and artworks at the UPV Museum of Art and Cultural Heritage (UPV MACH), on Nov. 29.

A group of local artists and UP Visayas, represented by Chancellor Clement Camposano and Office of Initiatives in Culture and the Arts (OICA) Director Prof. Martin  Genodepa, signed the MOA and DOD at the OICA Conference Room, UPV Iloilo City campus, for artists to loan and donate their artifacts and artworks that are currently displayed at the UPV MACH.

The partnership stems from the concerned parties' respective and collaborative contributions to the development of art and culture appreciation in Iloilo.
