Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience

Place of Assignment: SPSO, UPV Miagao, Iloilo

5. Certificate of performance ratings obtained in the last two (2) rating periods (January to June 2021 and July to December 2021);
6. Certificate of attendance to training, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years (July 2017 to June 2022);
7. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citation/Innovations/Critical Incidents).
