Education: High School Graduate or Completion of relevant vocational/trade course
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility: Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Technician (MC No. 10, S.2013-Category II)
Place of Assignment: Campus Development and Maintenance Office, UP Visayas, Miagao, Iloilo

2. Original authenticated copy of Transcript of Records/Diploma issued by the University Registrar / Certification of Highest Educational Attainment issued by the Department of Education;
3. Original authenticated copy of Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Civil Service Commission;
4. Certificate of employment issued by HRMO or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job);
5. Certificate of performance ratings obtained in the last two (2) rating periods (January to June 2021 and July to December 2021);
6. Certificate of attendance to trainings, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years (June 2017 to May 2022);
7. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citations/Innovations/Critical Incidents)
