Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility
Place of Assignment: Human Resources Development Office, UPV Miagao, Iloilo

8. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citation/Innovations/Critical Incidents): 28 March 2017 to 27 March 2022)
