Pursuant to IATF Resolution 118A s. 2021, placing Iloilo City under Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine from 01 June 2021 until 15 June 2021, each office/unit at the Iloilo City Campus is directed to continue implementing work arrangements that entail no more than 30% of personnel working on-site or a 30% workforce capacity.
Subsequently, heads of offices/ supervisors are requested to discuss with their staff alternative work arrangements for the said period, ensuring that operations are not hampered and essential deliverables continue to be delivered.
Iloilo City-based (residents) personnel reporting to Miagao Campus shall still follow their approved work plan for the week. Any request for changes in the said work plan due to some circumstances (e.g., limited transportation, health concern) must be discussed with and approved by their immediate supervisor and unit head.
The head of unit/supervisor may request personnel to retrieve files and documents or physically report to work if there are deadlines to be met or if exigency of service requires. Moreover, all employees under work-from-home arrangement shall make themselves available during work hours while at home. The ‘Guidelines on Alternative Work Arrangements Due to COVID-19 Situation’ still generally apply to all employees. Please refer to Memo CCC-2020-11-013.
In line with Executive Order no. 175 s. 2021 of the Office of the Governor of the Province of Iloilo, UPV will be issuing travel passes to all UPV personnel. This will be sent to their offices through their AOs. If you have questions, please contact the OVCA.
We urge everyone to limit mobility to essentials and avoid mass gatherings and large crowds. Minimum health and safety protocols must be observed in the offices at all times. Your cooperation will help curb the spread of COVID-19 within the UPV community as we continue to deliver prompt and quality services to our constituents and clients.
