In reference to Executive Order No 2020-046 issued by Mayor Macario Napulan of the Municipality of Miagao on 13 August 2020 with the title “An Order Implementing the Zoning Containment Strategy and Community Quarantine in Selected Areas/Barangays of the Municipality of Miagao until August 31, 2020 for Stronger Protection Against the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)”:
- All UPV personnel who are Miagao residents in the MECQ – Containment Zone (Barangay Ubos Ilaya and Barangay Ubos Ilawod) and the GCQ – Buffer Zone (Barangay Bagumbayan, Barangay Mat-y, Barangay Tacas, and the Nonato Extension part of Barangay Baybay Norte) are hereby advised to strictly follow the Executive Order issued by the Office of the Mayor and to be on work from home arrangement immediately.
- For those who need to report to office due to exigency of service, there is no need to present a quarantine pass upon entry in the campus. The usual protocol upon entry in the Box 1 and building premises shall still be observed.
For UPV personnel who reside outside Miagao and those whose barangays in Miagao are not identified in the Executive Order of the Office of the Mayor, they shall automatically be on work from home arrangements if their movement is being restricted based on the health and safety protocols of their respective areas of residence.
All concerned personnel are further advised to coordinate with their immediate supervisors or heads of unit for their work assignment.
