Please see attached memorandum issued by VPA Nestor Yunque (NGY 20-105) with the subject "Guidelines for Personnel under the COVID-19 Vulnerable and High-Risk Groups in Reporting to the Office".
Please take note also of the following additional guidelines as recommended by the UPV Fiscal Policies and Operations Committee in its meeting held on 05 August 2020:
- Work from home arrangement is allowed (60% of the time of each employee), however, there should be an agreement between the supervisor and the employee of the employee's plan and work accomplishment, and duly concurred by the head of unit;
- The continuity of service within the office should not be hampered by the WFH arrangement;
- The personnel should attend to office work if there are deadlines to be met or if the exigency of service requires it; and
- All offices shall submit their work plan to the OVCA in advance every Friday of the week, prior to the work week.
