The book “Pagdahû ka Surundon: A Reference Book on Panay-Guimaras Traditional Knowledge Systems” was launched at the Performing Arts Hall, Main Building, of the University of the Philippines Visayas (UPV) Iloilo City campus on May 3.
The National Consortium for Small-Scale Fisheries Research and Development or Too-Big-To-Ignore (TBTI) Philippines was represented in the Small-Scale Fisheries (SSF) Regional Symposium for Asia-Pacific from April 9-12, 2024 in Shimizu, Shizuoka, Japan. The theme of the symposium was “Bright Spots ~ Hope Spots.”

The Office of the University Registrar of the University of the Philippines Visayas (UPV) conducted a two-day Operations Review and Planning Workshop from 27-28 April 2024 at the Jardeleza Sea Garden Resort, Inc. at Leganes, Iloilo. The resource persons and workshop facilitators were Asst Prof. John Lorenz Belanio, Asst. Prof. Frediezel De Leon, and Ms. Mary Ann Sedero, faculty members of the UPV College Management.
