CSC Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Four (4) hours of relevant training
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Career Service (Professional) / 2nd Level Eligibility

2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with Work Experience Sheet (WES) and recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025) which can be downloaded at csc.gov.ph;
2. Photcopy or Authenticated copy of Transcript of Records/Diploma issued by the University Registrar;
3. Photocopy or Authenticated copy of CS Eligibility issued by the Civil Service Commission;
5. Certificate of employment issued by HRMO or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job);
6. Photocopy or Authenticated copy of Certificate of attendance to relevant formal and non-formal training courses, seminars and HRD interventions attended or from the point of the last promotion;
7. Certificate of performance rating obtained in the last two (2) rating periods (January 2024 to June 2024 and July 2024 to December 2024). Numerical and equivalent ratings must be indicated or Certification of GWA for fresh graduates;
8. Certification of Awards/Citations/Commendation (has not been credited for last promotion) and Innovations/Systems Improvements for the last five (5) years;
9. Certification of public service rendered (training program, technical assistance and advisory, information services, community outreach services, innovations and technology transfer services and direct extension services).QUALIFIED APPLICANTS are advised to hand in or send through courier/email their application to:
