Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
Place of Assignment: OCEP, UPV, Miagao, Iloilo

2. Original authenticated photocopy of Transcript of Records/Diploma issued by the University Registrar or Original authenticated copy of Certification of Highest Educational Attainment issued by the Department of Education;
3. Certificate of employment issued by the HRMO or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job);
4. Certificate of performance ratings obtained in the last two (2) years (July-December 2021 and January-June 2022);
5. Certificate of attendance to trainings, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years (from 16 November 2017 to 15 November 2022);
6. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citations/Innovations/Critical Incidents) (from 16 November 2017 to 15 November 2022).
