Education: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility
Place of Assignment: HRDO, UP Visayas, Miagao, Iloilo

6. Certificate of performance rating obtained in the last rating period. Numerical and equivalent ratings must be indicated;
7. Certificate of attendance to training, seminars and workshops attended from the date of the last promotion to 15 July 2024;
8. Certification of Accomplishments (Awards/Citation/Innovations/Critical Incidents) from the date of last promotion to 15 July 2024.
