Education: Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Guidance Counselor)
Place of Assignment: Office of Student Affairs, UPV Miagao campus

3. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility, Transcript of Records, Diploma and Certificate of Doctoral units (if earned) ;
4. Certificate of attendance in trainings, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years. Only trainings with CPD shall be considered;
5. Certificate of employment from previous employers for work experience relevant to the job (For Non-UP);
6. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citations/Innovations/Critical Incidents)
