Education: Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Guidance Counselor)
Place of Assignment: Office of Student Affairs, UP Visayas, Iloilo City (UPHSI Guidance Office)

4. Original and authenticated copy of Diploma and Official Transcript of Records (OTR) issued by the University Registrar;
5. Original and authenticated copy of Professional License issued by the Professional Regulatory Commission;
6. Certificate of attendance to relevant formal and non-formal training courses, seminars and HRD interventions attended for the last five (5) years or from the point of the last promotion;
7. Certificate of employment issued by HRMO or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job);
8. Certificate of performance rating obtained in the last rating period of current or last employment or Certification of GWA for fresh graduates;
9. Copy of research outputs/presentations (published or unpublished);
10. Certification of Awards/Citations/Commendation (has not been credited for last promotion) and Innovations/Systems Improvements.
11. Certification of public service rendered (training program, technical assistance and advisory, information services, community outreach services, innovations and technology transfer services and direct extension services).
