The Institute of Fisheries Policy and Development Studies (IFPDS), College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences, U.P. Visayas, is in need of three (3) faculty members (non-tenure track) with the following qualifications:
Educational Qualification and Experience
- PhD degree or PhD units in the fields of Environmental Science, Marine Science/Marine Ecology, Geophysical or Earth Sciences, Anthropology, Socioecology, Environmental Management or relevant fields from a reputable university/institute
- At least 1 year research and some teaching and mentoring experiences
- Publication/s in WoS- or Scopus-indexed journals with at least 1 as primary author

The successful applicants are expected to participate fully in graduate teaching, curriculum development, and supervision of research of graduate students and public service and training activities of the CFOS; and likewise be involved in the development of courses/modules for the EBFM Track of the PM-TMEM Program that will be led by the IMFO-CFOS.
