Education: Completion of two years studies in College or High School Graduate with
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility: Communications Equipment Operator CSC MC No. 10, s. 2013 (Category II)
Place of Assignment: Graduate Student Office Laboratory (GSOL) and the Office of the Dean College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences, UPV, Miagao, Iloilo

2. Certification from the school deputized by CHED showing completion of at least 72 academic units / Transcript of Records and Diploma issued by the University Registrar;
3. Communications Equipment Operator Eligibility issued by the Civil Service Commission;
4. Certificate of employment issued by the HRMO or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job);
5. Certificate of performance ratings obtained in the last two (2) rating periods (July to December 2020 and January to June 2021);
6. Certificate of attendance to training, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years (January 2017 to January 2022);
7. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citation/lnnovations/Critical Incidents)
