Education: High school graduate or completion of relevant vocational/trade course
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility: Mechanical / Electrical Equipment Operator (MC 10, s. 2013 - Category II)
Place of Assignment: Campus Development and Maintenance Office, UPV, Miagao, Iloilo

2. Original authenticated copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma issued by the Registrar / Certificate of Highest Education Attainment issued by the Department of Education;
3. Original authenticated copy of eligibility as Mechanical/Equipment Plant Operator issued by the Civil Service Commission;
4. Certificate of performance ratings obtained in the last two (2) rating periods (January to June 2022 and July to December 2022);
5. Certificate of attendance in trainings, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years (May 2018 to April 2023);
6. Certificate of employment issued by the HRMO or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job);
7. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citations/Innovations/Critical Incidents)
