Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience

Place of Assignment: Division of Humanities, College of Arts and Sciences, UP Visayas, Miagao, Iloilo

5. Certificate of performance ratings obtained in the last two (2) rating periods (January to June 2021 and July to December 2021);
6. Certificate of attendance to trainings, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years (March 2017 to March 2022);
7. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citations/Innovations/Critical Incidents)
