Education: Bachelor of Science in Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting / Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience in government Accounting / Auditing practices
Eligibility: RA 1080 (CPA)
Place of Assignment: Accounting Office, UP Visayas, Miagao, Iloilo

2. Original authenticated copy of Transcript of Records/Diploma issued by the University Registrar;
3. Original authenticated copy of Professional License as Certified Public Accountant issued by the Professional Regulation Commission;
4. Certificate of employment issued by the HRMO or authorized official (only for work experience relevant to the job);
5. Certificate of performance ratings obtained in the last two (2) rating periods;
6. Certificate of attendance in trainings, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years;
7. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citations/Innovations/Critical Incidents)
