In compliance with Sec. 7.2 of RA 9184 which states that “No Procurement shall be undertaken unless it is in accordance with the approved APP of the procuring entity”, all UPV Colleges, Unit, Office, Project Leaders and Student Organizations are required to prepare and submit 2022 Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) for their programs, activities and projects.
Based on the Notice of Allotment issued by the Budget Office, please determine items for procurement and include all procurement needs of your unit, project and activities for implementation in 2022. Only those items that are covered by your MOOE shall be reflected at the first category of the template. Those who are not covered by your MOOE shall be reflected as “Others”. The implementation of “Others” category shall be subjected to availability of funds and approval of the Chancellor. Your PPMP will be consolidated into a UPV Annual Procurement Plan (APP) for the approval of the Chancellor and to be submitted to the UP System.
The submission will be divided into two (2) parts:
1. Preparation/Updating of PPMP online through ePROCURE.
Kindly prepare, update and submit your PPMP online using this link https://intranet.upv.edu.ph/eProcure/newPPMP and forward the signed hard copy to SPSO.
2. Accomplishment of APP-CSE 2022 Form.
Please download the template and fill in the quantities for each item applicable based on the actual items listed in your PPMP. Fill in only the required data on yellow cells provided. Henceforth, the accomplished excel file will be extracted and sorted based on the prescribed form of the DBM. The data for the common-use supplies from our APP will be submitted to GPPB.
