The Division of Physical Sciences and Mathematics will hold a series of webinars as part of their public service activities this AY 2021-2022. The webinars will discuss about topics related to the areas of the 3 degree programs that the Division offers.
As part of the series, the Public Service Committee of the division will hold a third webinar entitled “Introduction to Biomaker Evaluation with Application in Drug Discovery Studies”, with Dr. Nolen Joy Perualila-Tan, a Senior Manager in Market Access Analytics and Health Economics Modelling Team at Janssen Pharmaceutica, Belgium as resource speaker. The event will be held on January 24, 2022 at 2:00 PM via Zoom.
Faculty members and students are invited to participate in this webinar which will focus on the application of joint modelling approach in the identification of high-dimensional biomakers in the context of early drug discovery while keeping statistical details to a minimum.
