As of November 3, 2020, our Incident Command Center has reported no flooding, no visible signs of landslides, and no damages to structures and buildings at any of our three UPV campuses. Our research facilities in Leganes, Batan, and Taklong Island are also in the clear.
The University will continue monitoring the situation as we are expecting another typhoon.
No one is ever fully prepared to deal with environmental calamities; however, we would like to remind everyone to stay vigilant. Try to maintain access to reliable sources of information and watch out for any unexpected weather disturbances. We must all maintain a level of preparedness to mitigate potential risks.
