Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting (BS Accountancy / BSC-Accounting / BSBA-Accounting
Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience (Government Accounting / Auditing practice)
Eligibility: RA 1080 (CPA)
Place of Assignment: Accounting Office, UP Visayas, Miagao, Iloilo

6. Certificate of attendance in trainings, seminars and workshops for the last five (5) years;
7. Certificate of Accomplishments (Awards/Citations/Innovations/Critical Incidents)
