For the purpose of improving procurement of Lease of Venue, Catering Services, Vehicle and PA System rentals, the following must be observed effective 01 March 2024:
1. All procurement shall be within the approved budget.
2. It should be meticulously and judiciously planned by the end-user at least one (1) month BEFORE THE EVENT and checked if it is included in the Annual Procurement Plan (APP). If it is not included in the APP, the office/unit shall request approval for inclusion.
3. Requests must have complete specifications.
