The UPV Health Services Unit has scheduled the annual medical and dental examination of students starting April to September 2023. Their schedule is from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday excluding holidays, however, actual physical examination may extend beyond their time schedule.
For orderly flow of transactions and proper implementation of health protocols, the UPV HSU will implement the following scheme effective 20 April 2023:
1. The schedule for the annual physical examination of employees shall be at 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM;
2. Medical consultation of non-UPV patients shall be limited in number and shall be accommodated on “per appointment basis” from 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM only;
3. Online consultation shall be reserved for those having respiratory symptoms only;
4. In-person medical and dental consultation of UPV constituents without respiratory symptoms shall be conducted alternately with the annual P.E. of students except for medical emergency cases which will be attended to immediately;
5. Dental treatment shall be by appointment except for emergency cases.
