UP Visayas will unveil the plan for the new UPV Main Library Complex on October 7, 2020, at the Administration Main Lobby, UPV Miagao campus.
The UP Main Library is a Php 146M project which was started in the administration of Chancellor Rommel Espinosa and was revised to become a 2-phase Php 360M project under Chancellor Ricardo Babaran and will include a world-class library, a theatre-type audio-visual hall, and the Executive Offices.
The miniature prototype of the edifice will be turned over by the contractor who designed the building to UP Visayas. The ceremony will be attended by the UPV Officials, faculty, and staff. Everyone is invited to be part of this event through live streaming at the UPV official sites. (OVCA through IPO)
