The Aquatic Science 1 (People and the Aquatic World) and F175 (Community-Based Coastal Resource Management) classes of UPV College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences, in partnership with the UP Visayas Ugnayan ng Pahinungód/Oblation Corps (UP/OC), presented their class projects to selected schools and coastal barangays of Miagao, Iloilo on May 24-June 17, 2023.
The activities are in line with the Dampig Baybay Program of the UPV UP/OC, which aims to strengthen the capacities, and skills of the coastal barangays and island municipalities in Iloilo.
The professors of Aqua Sci 1 and F175 classes are Prof. Liberty Espectato, Prof. Joshua Regalado, Prof. Shiela Mae Santander-de Leon, Prof. Cherry Añasco, Prof. Rhoda Mae Simora, Prof. Farisal Bagsit, Prof. Sanny David P. Lumayno, Prof. Karlo Primavera, Prof. Nathaniel Añasco, and Prof. Byrille Tiara Galon.
