Behind the troupe’s captivating performance are the creative vision and rigorous research of Asst. Prof. Teresita Portugalete-Nolledo and Mr. Crisanto S. Sorsano Jr., faculty members of the Department of Physical Education, College of Arts and Sciences, who choreographed Sadsad Ilonggo after an extensive study of its cultural roots and traditions.

Adding another layer to the performance, Asst. Prof. Jose Tation of the Division of Professional Education created the musical arrangement that brought the choreography to life.
This victory is more than a championship—it is a celebration of culture, scholarship, artistry, and the vibrant spirit of the Ilonggo community.

Congratulations, Panublion! May your feet continue to dance the stories of our heritage, and may every step carry the pride of UP Visayas and the richness of Ilonggo culture.
