A Memorandum of Agreement was signed between UP Visayas and the Office of Senator Loren Legarda through the Iloilo City government on March 26, 2013 at the UPV Iloilo City campus. The agreement was for acknowledging the funding grant of P500,000.00 from the Priority Development Fund of (PDAF) of Senator Loren Legarda for the implementation of the repair/rehabilitation of the Graduate and Continuing Education Building (GCEB).
