Greetings in Civic Volunteerism!

We would like to ask permission from your office if we could hold our annual “Pagbaligya” as a means upon which we can raise the necessary funds to pursue our plans and projects for Bgy. Lumanggan Day Care.

It seems that the Day Care lacks the necessary educational equipment in stimulating the minds of the young toddlers for schooling. In response to such need, we are planning to make a mini-library for the children for them to explore and learn from it.

“Pagbaligya” will surely ease up the burden that we will endure during the project implementation.

We are hoping for your utmost concern and understanding over the matter-at-hand.
